Job description
UX Designer Intermediate - San Antonio
Create new user experience concepts using established design systems.
Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design solutions.
Conduct and support user research to validate concepts and ideas.
Execute designs through internal review and approval processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and uncover opportunities.
Partner with developers, analysts, and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Support multiple workstreams, including Security, Profile, and Recovery initiatives.
Evaluate customer feedback and research findings to improve products and experiences.
Minimum 4 years of UX Design experience.
Experience creating user-centered designs, wireframes, and prototypes.
Minimum 4 years of experience in design ideation.
Ability to generate innovative concepts and solutions for complex business challenges.
Minimum 4 years of experience in design research.
Experience conducting and supporting user research and validating design decisions through research findings.

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance research, design execution, and business objectives.
Experience working within security, profile management, or member lifecycle domains is a plus.
