Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a UX Director to lead a team of 8–10 experience designers and researchers focused on enabling and maturing global employee experiences for our Enterprise Technology Organization.
You’ll set the strategic design vision, build the practice, and oversee the holistic user experience for Liberty Mutual employees. A strong track record in managing designers and researchers with hands‑on craft is essential.
