nWe are seeking a UX/UI Designer with strong CX expertise to support a high-priority AEM migration initiative for multiple pre-paid phone brand websites. This role will focus on end-to-end design across digital customer experiences as part of a large-scale transition off Salesforce, with 1st migration targeted for completion by year-end.
nThe designer will play a critical role in rebuilding components, supporting UX for key customer-facing pages, and contributing to a new design system. This individual will work across the full experience lifecycle—from customer flows and bi-directional journeys to component-level execution within AEM—ensuring a seamless and modern digital experience.
nThis is a front-of-line, high-visibility initiative, starting with Visible and expanding to additional brands and sites post-migration.

nSkills and Requirements
n• 5-7 years of UX Experience design experience in enterprise digital environments
n• Hands-on experience designing for or within AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
n• Ability to work component-first (modular, scalable design systems)
n• Experience designing for customer-facing web experiences
n• Animation/motion design skills
