nInsight Global is seeking a Senior UX Designer / UX Lead to support a growing portfolio of quality and connected vehicle analytics products. This team develops data-driven solutions that help reduce warranty costs, improve vehicle quality, and provide actionable insights across the enterprise.
nAs the organization's product portfolio continues to expand, this role will serve as a key UX leader responsible for creating cohesive user experiences across multiple quality and warranty-related products. The ideal candidate will be highly strategic, capable of engaging directly with business stakeholders and end users, and skilled at translating complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions.
nResponsibilities
nLead end-to-end UX design efforts across multiple analytics and quality-focused products.
nPartner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and end users to identify pain points, gather requirements, and define product direction.
nConduct user research and develop user personas to inform design decisions.
nCreate user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and experience strategies.
nDesign experiences that unify multiple products and initiatives into a cohesive ecosystem.
nHelp stakeholders visualize how individual projects contribute to broader business and organizational objectives.
nAdvocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
nCollaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analytics teams, and leadership to deliver impactful solutions.
nPresent UX recommendations, findings, and design concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
n$60/hr to $65/hr
nExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
nBenefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

nSkills and Requirements
n5-7+ years of UX/UI experience.
nStrong emphasis on UX strategy and user experience design rather than pure UI design.
nAbility to engage directly with engineering stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and identify business problems.
nExperience leading UX efforts across multiple products and stakeholder groups.
nUnderstanding of both UX and UI principles is preferred.
nCandidates must be local and able to work onsite four days per week.
