Job description
Early Warning is seeking a Senior Director, User Experience Research to lead research strategy for Paze and Identity products. You will drive a culture of customer obsession, build and mentor a team of UX researchers, andpartner with Product and Design to shape the roadmap through rigorous qualitative research.
You will synthesize insights, communicate findings to senior leadership, and influence strategic product decisions in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on financial technology
