Job description
Citi is seeking a UX Research Lead in New York to drive end-to-end research across our digital portfolio. You will define a strategic research roadmap, combine qualitative and quantitative methods, and partner with product, design, and engineering to translate insights into product decisions.
You will mentor researchers, establish governance for AI-assisted workflows, and ensure research quality across the organization.
