Job description
Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a User Experience Researcher to drive user-centered decision-making across product teams. You will execute research projects to deepen understanding of fan behaviors, needs, and pain points, collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering to influence the Fanatics customer experience.
You will conduct qualitative interviews, manage unmoderated tests, and synthesize insights for leadership and cross-functional partners.
