Job description
Strata Decision Technology is seeking a UX Researcher to work with Product Managers and UX Designers to uncover user needs across hospitals, universities, and financial institutions. You will translate insights into actionable product decisions to improve financial, operational, and strategic data usage.
You will lead research plans, recruit participants, and communicate findings to drive user-centered product outcomes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
