Job description
DirectShifts is seeking a clinician to review Veterans' medical records and perform comprehensive General Medicine examinations in accordance with VA guidelines. You will document objective findings, complete VA Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs), and prepare timely medical reports.
The role requires an active NP or PA license, independent work within clinical protocols, and strong communication skills. Collaborative agreements with supervising physicians may be required by state law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
