Job description
DirectShifts is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to review Veterans' medical records and conduct comprehensive General Medicine examinations. This role requires you to document findings and complete VA Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) according to VA guidelines.
Key responsibilities include conducting VA Compensation & Pension General Medicine examinations, reviewing medical history, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
