Job description
DirectShifts seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct VA C&P General Medicine exams, review records, and document findings in accordance with VA guidelines.
You will perform comprehensive assessments, complete DBQs, and prepare detailed medical reports while ensuring HIPAA compliance and coordination with clinical teams. Full-time, flexible scheduling options are available across Illinois.
