What You’ll Do — Tour Guide Phase

Welcome and register guests for resort presentations
Guide guests through arrival and check-in experience
Create a high-energy, professional first impression
Coordinate guest flow with Sales Leaders
Gather travel and lifestyle preferences
Ensure smooth handoff to Sales Executives
Phase 1 — Tour Guide:
Learn the resort environment
Present vacation ownership
Close deals and earn top-tier commissions
Who Succeeds Here
Goal-driven and money-motivated
Comfortable working face-to-face with guests
Sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is helpful
Available weekends and holidays (two consecutive days off provided )
