Job description
Guardian Pharmacy of Utah is seeking a Vaccinator to administer vaccines in Long-Term Care communities served by Guardian. This seasonal role through December requires an active nursing license (RN or LPN/LVN) and strong patient-care skills.
Candidates must be able to travel up to 100% by ground and are expected to educate recipients and document vaccine administration. The position emphasizes vaccine safety, storage, and coordination with care teams.
