We are seeking individuals who are looking for an opportunity to grow and impact lives on a daily basis.The Pediatric Center for Wellness is seeking a dynamic Vaccine Administrator to care for our patients. This role will support the Care Team and will be responsible for recording vaccines in the patient's chart as well as GRITS and providing emotional support for patients and families when needed.QualificationsCertified Medical AssistantExperience in a Pediatric office settingProper administration technique of vaccinesWorking knowledge of pediatric vaccine scheduleKnowledge of GRITS systemPrepare & administer vaccines according to office policy and procedureWorks with Providers, Medical Assistants and patients to provide vaccine administration in the officeMonitor vaccine protocols and processes for compliance with Vaccines for ChildrenGive VIS SheetsWork as a Medical Assistant as neededPerform routine procedures (blood pressure, administering injections) and documenting patient chartsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
