Elanco—a global leader in animal health—seeks a Senior Director to lead vaccine development project leadership for Farm Animal R&D. You will steer multi-functional teams from pipeline entry through approval, collaborating with R&D and Commercial leaders to advance innovations aligned with Elanco’s global strategy.
You will manage project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring ROIs and milestones across regulated development, while guiding SMEs and external partners.
