Job description
Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking a Vaccines Customer Team Leader to guide a field-based team covering the Arizona/Nevada district, including Phoenix, Las Vegas, Reno and surrounding areas. The role requires about 50% travel to engage key customers and drive strategic account plans.
The candidate will lead and coach Customer Representatives, develop training, and deploy resources to meet customer needs while promoting our vaccines portfolio. Strong leadership and relationship-building are essential.
