Compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000Position DetailsWe are hiring a Vaccine Sales Innovation Analyst for swine, poultry, beef, and dairy sectors. This role is essential to our North America customer team. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Process Analysis: Evaluate current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and map processes to find opportunities for efficiency improvements.Data Analysis & KPIs: Gather and analyze data to measure process performanceSolution Development: Propose practical solutions including process redesign, automation, and technological enhancements.Change Management: Lead initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders, fostering buy-in, and implementing changes across departments.Documentation & Training: Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs). Accurately process and manage production and shipping order submissions and special requestsAnswer questions on purchase orders from vaccine customersBuild trusting relationships with customers to ensure Phibro is the preferred partnerMaintain an active relationship with species field teams to ensure customer needs are metMonitor inventory and schedule recurring shipping ordersCustomer Communication: Work with appropriate Phibro team members to create, track and facilitate completion of isolate extension paperwork and case reportsSupport non-adjacent address approval processBehaviorsSees What Needs To Get Done: Sees possibilities and opportunities for contributing to the achievement of the Phibro goalsGets It Done: Demonstrates clear motivation and focus on achieving measurable and tangible results.
