Job description
Sanofi is seeking an Area Business Director to lead a team of Area Business Managers across vaccines and related healthcare accounts. This remote/field role requires strong B2B selling, vaccine sales expertise, and a strategic leadership mindset to drive growth and customer value.
You will coach ABMs, build robust divisional plans, and manage high-impact accounts with a focus on account performance, contracting, and cross‑functional collaboration.
