Validation Engineer | East Lansing, MI
Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with multiple companies in East Lansing seeking experienced Validation Engineers. These organizations value long-term fit and are looking for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute validation protocols for equipment, processes, and software.
Perform IQ, OQ, and PQ activities for new and modified systems.
Analyze validation data and author comprehensive validation reports.
Investigate and resolve deviations and non-conformances during validation activities.
Ensure all validation activities comply with cGMP, FDA, and internal quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, Quality) to define validation strategies.
Maintain and update validation documentation throughout the system lifecycle.
Recommended Qualifications
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
Familiarity with automation systems and software (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, MES).
Certifications in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
Experience with risk management methodologies (e.g., FMEA, PHA).
