As a Validation Senior Analyst you will perform end to end validations across compliance and credit and treasury models, align to SR 11 7, and deliver clear documentation and closure testing.
Requirements
4 to 7 years in model risk or validation
Experience with AML and fraud and credit and treasury models
Python or R and SQL, enterprise data familiarity
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication
Responsibilities
Execute test plans for data and method and implementation
Benchmark and backtest and analyze performance and stability
Draft reports and findings and action plans with owners and dates
Stand up monitoring KPIs and alerts and reports
Support audit and exam responses with complete evidence
Outcomes we track
Validation schedule 100% on time
QA and exam acceptance 95% first pass
Repeat issues down 30% in 2 quarters
Compensation and terms
Consultant pay $60 to $140 per hour
Contract Hybrid Dallas TX or Remote US W2 or 1099
