Responsibilities
Determine customer automotive needs while educating the customer on new and used car ownership
Demonstrate vehicle benefits and amenities, including test drives
Meet and exceed dealership goals and objectives
Maintain customer satisfaction, ensuring return business and referral business with customer follow‑up
Suggest optional equipment for customer purchase
Engage in business development
Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance
Perform Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor
Uphold Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrate the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures
No supervisory responsibilities are required for this position.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Valid driver’s license
