Job description
A respected value-based care clinic in San Francisco, CA , is seeking an experiencedFamily Nurse Practitioner to join its primary care team and seepatients from pediatric through geriatric . This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values high-quality care, strong patient relationships, and an outstanding work-life balance in a supportive practice environment with low turnover.
Position Highlights
Outpatient-only practice
Mix of wellness visits, preventive care, and same-day sick visits
Average patient volume of 16-18 patients per day
Full-time, 32-36 Hours a week , Monday-Friday

Qualifications
Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification
Active California Nurse Practitioner license or in process
Minimum of: Two (2) years of primary care experience, or
One (1) year of urgent care experience plus one (1) year of primary care experience
