Job description
A respected value-based care clinic in Boston, MA, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its family medicine team and care for pediatric through geriatric patients. nnPosition Highlights
nnOutpatient-only practice
nMix of wellness visits, preventive care, and same-day sick visits
nAverage patient volume of 16-18 patients per day
nFull-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
n32 hours of patient care and 8 hours of administrative time weekly
nFlexibility to complete administrative time remotely
nPositive team culture with a focus on provider satisfaction and quality patient outcomes
n nCompensation & Benefits
nnBase Salary: $145,400 – $154,500 annually

nnNCCPA Certification
nActive Massachusetts Physician Assistant license or ability to obtain
nMinimum of:nnTwo (2) years of primary care experience, or
nOne (1) year of urgent care experience plus one (1) year of primary care experience
