Job description
Oak Street Health in Chicago, IL is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver equitable, value-based care to local Medicare populations. You will work within a neighborhood care center, supported by a multidisciplinary team to focus on quality and preventive care over volume.
The role requires MD/DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, an active license, and US work authorization. 40 hours weekly, with strong benefits and opportunities for leadership roles.
