Value-Based Primary Care Physician - Geriatrics Focus

Job description

Oak Street Health is recruiting a Primary Care Physician to deliver equitable value-based care to local Medicare populations across our neighborhood centers. You will work with large care teams to emphasize outcomes, preventive medicine, and an exceptional patient experience.

Ideal candidates are MD or DO, board-certified (or eligible) in Internal or Family Medicine, with an active US license and DEA registration.
