Job description
Parker Aerospace in Ohio is seeking a Value Stream Team Leader to oversee one or more plant value streams, implement the Parker Lean system and Win Strategy, and drive safe, high-quality operations.
You will develop a qualified workforce, reduce costs and lead times through continuous improvements, coordinate across shifts, and ensure standard work and PDCA are used to achieve a world-class manufacturing flow.
