Job description
Southern Champion Tray LLC seeks a Value Stream Leader to oversee the Printing, Cutting, and Gluing operations. You will lead safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while developing people and processes on the shop floor.
You will work closely with Maintenance, Quality, Scheduling, Supply Chain, Engineering, and HR to road-map improvements and ensure customer requirements are met with sustainable financial results.
