Vans Manager
Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco is seeking an experienced Vans Manager to join our team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling vans and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing sales operations, developing strategies to drive van sales growth, and working closely with customers to meet their transportation needs.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the van sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the commercial van market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fleet clients, and business partners.
Provide product knowledge training and support to sales staff.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing and service departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
Proven experience in selling vans, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz vehicle lineup is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
