Our Opportunity: Variety Pack Machine OperatorStatus: Full Time Day ShiftHours: 12-hour shift - 6a-6pSchedule: 2-2-3 rotating shifts (work 15 days a month!)SummaryUnder the direction of lead and supervisor, our repack line operators work within our facility alongside other team members to safely and efficiently operate equipment to produce beverage products for the consumer.What You Will Be Doing . Other duties may be assigned.Keeps machine operatingMaintains upkeep of machine and work areaEnsures quality of work and productKeeps accurate logsDocumentation of materialsDocumentation of sanitationOperator Specific Requirements for casepacker/multipacker operator:High speed pace; feeding machine material every 90 secondsMachines linked to each other so must work together to keep line runningMust be able to frequently lift 30 lbs of materials at a timeMust be able to adjust 175 lb reels of film on rollerOn occasion, must bend all the materials to accommodate machineMechanically inclined since this machine is the most mechanical of our machinesWhat You Need to BringHigh school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceRequires consistently being on time and having good attendance is expectedFlexibility to assist where needed, whether this be on assigned line or machine or another machineMust be able to stand for entire shift minus breaksRegularly lift and/or move up to 30 lbs or as specifically required for positionOccasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs or as specifically required for positionSpecific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perceptionFrequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hearRegularly required to climb or balanceOccasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawlPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
