Job Highlights
Produce quality candies by following FPC guidelines and maintaining safe, sanitary practices
Feed kettles with raw materials and cook ingredients to exact specifications
Load pans and engross centers to proper size and weight using syrup and dry sugar or dextrose
Adjust controls to regulate temperature, ingredient amounts, and other production variables
Candidate Profile
2+ years of warehouse experience required; food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of General Manufacturing Principles (GMP) required
Ability to obtain pallet jack and forklift certifications
Capable of walking, standing, using stairs for extended periods, and lifting up to 60 lbs in a loud environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
Skilled in machine operation and troubleshooting issues with process equipment
