Previous coaching experience, outstanding communications skills, and dedication to build the cheerleading program.
Knowledge of cheerleading and teaching proper techniques of cheerleading.
Knowledge of South Carolina High School League cheerleading rules and regulations.
Energetic and organized to promote school and community spirit.
Relates well with students and high school programs.
