JOB OVERVIEW Job Id: L-MD-82994 Profession: Physician Specialty: Vascular & Interventional Radiology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Marquette, MI Service Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Coverage Period: Nov 23, 2026 – Ongoing Shift Schedule: Mon – Sun, 8a – 8a (24-hour shifts) Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time: 20 minutes Reason for Coverage: Scheduling Need Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered COVERAGE DATES Nov 23, 2026 (8am) – Nov 30, 2026 (8am) Dec 21, 2026 (8am) – Dec 28, 2026 (8am) PATIENT INFORMATION Average Daily Volume: 5-20 Rounding: Both Case Mix: Interventional Radiology & Vascular FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Athena and Cerner Support Staff: PA/NPs: 2 PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Temporary Privileges Available: No JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: Board Certified Licenses: Active MI License Certifications: ACLS Experience: Minimum experience in Interventional Radiology; Vascular ultrasound reading highly preferred Other Qualifications: EMR proficiency in Athena and Cerner Duties & Responsibilities Perform image-guided Interventional Radiology procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and dialysis access management. Conduct Vascular procedures such as Peripheral Vascular Thrombectomy, Venous and Arterial Thrombolysis. Interpret Vascular ultrasound studies (highly preferred). Provide on-call coverage as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient care.
