Job description
Baptist Health is seeking an RN - OR, Team Lead (Vascular) to facilitate and coordinate surgical services in the OR, ensuring quality patient care. You will model the nursing process, drive improvement, and guide the team in alignment with hospital policies.
The role requires a nursing degree with OR experience, active RN license, BLS, CNOR within 1 year, and ability to lead a multidisciplinary team while meeting deadlines.
