Trade Hospital Call for Ownership
Vascular Surgeon | Nashville, TN
AVA is seeking a full-time Vascular Surgeon to join our established, physician-led Office-Based Lab (OBL) in Nashville, Tennessee. Our practice specializes in the treatment of Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) and superficial and deep venous disease, utilizing advanced interventional technologies in a setting focused on continuity of care, clinical autonomy, and exceptional patient outcomes. This is a rare opportunity to combine complex vascular intervention, a predictable outpatient schedule, and a clear pathway to practice ownership.
What You'll Do
Perform advanced endovascular procedures with a primary focus on PAD and venous disease treatment
Manage patients throughout the full continuum of care, from consultation through follow-up
Grow your practice through community engagement, referral development, and patient education
Collaborate with a network of vascular specialists and a support team that manages operational and administrative functions
Help shape the future of the practice with opportunities for leadership and ownership

Qualifications
MD or DO, board certified or board eligible in Vascular Surgery
Completion of an accredited Vascular Surgery fellowship
Active Tennessee medical license, or ability to obtain one
3+ years of interventional/vascular experience preferred — strong recent fellowship graduates are also encouraged to apply
A genuine interest in practice building, community outreach, and patient education
Salary Range: $500,000 to $700,000
