Overview
Full-Time Vascular Surgeon Position in Worthington, MN with National Wound Physician Group
Clinical satisfaction, autonomy and flexibility, work-life balance.
Responsibilities
Provide bedside wound care in facilities across the network.
Deliver wound management training and participate in a wound fellowship to develop clinical expertise.
Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities.
Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
This is a mobile practice visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
Visit 2–3 facilities per day and treat approximately 20–30 patients per day.
Requirements
Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
Practice Overview
Full-time work: Monday – Friday (7am–4pm); part-time options available.
No call and no weekend clinical responsibilities.
Physicians deliver modern wound management at the bedside in the post-acute care setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
Physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
Part-time role is a minimum of 3 days per week; full-time requires 4–5 days per week.
W2 employment contract; no work visa sponsorship available.
Paid training provided during onboarding plus a 6-month wound care fellowship.
