Vascular Surgeon Opportunity 40 mins from Birmingham | 1:15 from Atlanta
Position: Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon
We are seeking a motivated Vascular Surgeon to launch and lead a new comprehensive vascular surgery program. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to build a full-spectrum vascular practice in a region with strong unmet demand.
Opportunity Highlights:
Build your own program with full institutional support and autonomy from day one
Significant procedural growth potential (majority of vascular cases currently referred out)
Immediate need for dialysis access procedures (fistula/graft creation)
Future growth in: Carotid interventions (including TCAR), endovascular/open aneurysm repair, venous insufficiency, PAD, and limb salvage
Strong support infrastructure: 3 catheterization labs
2D and incoming 3D C-arm with vascular package
Da Vinci Dv5 robotic system
Dedicated OR block time
On-site hyperbaric medicine for wound care
Established venous partner with sonographers, equipment, and staff
Compensation:
Competitive base salary + RVU productivity incentive
Visa sponsorship available
Ideal Candidate:
Board-eligible or board-certified in Vascular Surgery
Interested in program development and building a practice
Open to VISA candidates
