nTexas Health Physicians Group has a Full Time opening for a Physician Assistant to work with 4 skilled, Vascular Surgeons who specialize in the treatment of the peripheral vascular systems. Practice also has highly trained APPs. Great opportunity to learn and grow with lots of physician support. nPosition Details
nnn Full Time Monday-Friday, hours flexible as driven by the OR schedule and need of patientsnn
nn Surgical Assist with experienced Vascular Surgeonsnn
nn See patients in the clinic and perform inpatient consults/follow upsnn
nn Hospital consultants and ICU care; shared call responsibilities with a required response time of 30 minutesnn
nn Plan treatment and document using EPIC EMRnn

nnn Active Texas licensenn
nn Strong Communication Skillsnn
nn Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant programnn

n nThe Physician Assistant ("PA") will be licensed as a physician assistant in the State of Texas and maintain such license in good standing at all times. Master's degree Physician Assistant required.
nThe PA will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.
nThe PA's duties and responsibilities apply to the THPG patient population and assigned setting only.
