Job description
Flatiron Construction Corp. seeks a Virtual Design and Construction Manager to lead digital transformation in infrastructure projects. You will drive VDC/BIM adoption, develop and validate 3D models, and coordinate across field and design teams to ensure constructability and efficiency.
The role requires 10+ years in digital build within construction, strong leadership, and expertise with Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Procore, Primavera P6, AutoCAD and Bluebeam. Indiana-based, full-time position.
