We’re hiring a VDC Engineer to support the planning and execution of data center projects across the country. This is a travel‑based position where you'll collaborate closely with project managers, MEP coordinators, and trade partners to drive BIM/VDC excellence from design through closeout.
Key Responsibilities: Lead BIM coordination meetings and drive model‑based project planning
Perform clash detection, design validation, and system integration reviews
Collaborate with MEP teams, engineers, and trades to solve conflicts and align systems
Support preconstruction modeling, logistics planning, and digital fabrication
Ensure alignment with owner standards and handoff deliverables for facility management
Qualifications: 3+ years VDC/BIM experience in construction or engineering
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other coordination platforms
Understanding of MEP systems, construction phases, and sequencing
Willingness to travel regularly to support national data center builds
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
