Mean Greens Café, UNT’s 100% vegan dining hall, seeks an Assistant Director/General Chef Manager to lead the vegan kitchen and overall food service operations on campus in Denton.
You will manage menu planning, production, quality control, budget, and staff supervision while ensuring compliance with health regulations and allergen standards. Knowledge of plant-based cuisine and ingredient sourcing is essential.
