nPittsburgh Transportation Group is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Vehicle Detailer to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of our transportation fleet. This overnight position plays a critical role in ensuring our buses and fleet vehicles are clean, sanitized, professional, and prepared to provide passengers with a safe and comfortable travel experience every day.

nWhat You'll Do as a Vehicle Detailer:

nAs a Vehicle Detailer, you will:

nnWash, clean, and detail buses, vans, and fleet vehicles to maintain a professional appearance.

nThoroughly clean and sanitize vehicle interiors and exteriors.

nVacuum, wipe down, and disinfect passenger compartments, seating areas, and driver workspaces.

nPerform minor cosmetic touch-ups and appearance-related maintenance as needed.

nApply, remove, and maintain vehicle decals, wraps, and graphics.

nPrepare vehicles for inspections, special events, and daily service operations.

nMonitor inventory levels and restock cleaning supplies, detailing products, and equipment.

nMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, including wash bays, parking lots, and service areas.

nAssist maintenance and operations teams with vehicle preparation and fleet support duties.

nEnsure all vehicles meet company cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards before returning to service.

nSupport special projects and fleet appearance initiatives as assigned.

n nWhat We're Looking for in a Vehicle Detailer:

nEducation

nnHigh School Diploma or GED required.

n nExperience

nnPrevious experience in vehicle detailing, automotive cleaning, fleet washing, transportation support, janitorial services, or a related field preferred.

nExperience working with buses, motor coaches, commercial vehicles, vans, or large fleet vehicles is a plus.

nAbility to work independently while maintaining attention to quality and detail.

nAbility to safely use cleaning equipment, detailing tools, and chemicals.

n nLicenses & Certifications

nnValid driver's license required.

nHazardous materials cleaning certification is a plus but not required.

n nSchedule & Compensation

nShift: Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

nPay: $16.40 per hour
