Automotive Sales Professional

Cronin Ford North is looking for an energetic, motivated Automotive Sales Professional to join our growing sales team. We want a salesperson who can make every customer feel comfortable, understood, and confident throughout the buying process.
We Offer:
Earning potential of $75,000 + based on your commitment and dedication
Base salary plus bonuses. No draw; non-commission based
40 hour scheduled work week that includes days, some evenings and some Saturdays

Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain a sales pipeline to achieve sales goals
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
Provide exceptional Customer Service
Be clear, concise and prompt in setting appointments
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
Show Customers vehicle options and take Customer on test drives
Work and maintain a clean customer relationship management (CRM) data base
Assist customers with their automotive needs
What We Are Looking For:
Previous sales experience a plus - automotive experience is not required
Strong communication and people skills
Positive, competitive attitude
Driven to succeed and earn
