Position Overview
nWe are seeking a Service Technician to support customer service requests, equipment maintenance, facilities repairs, and warehouse operations. The technician will respond to service calls involving tanks and pumps, deliver packaged lubricants, perform routine maintenance, and assist with various service-related activities.
nEssential Duties & Responsibilities
nnRespond to customer service requests and service calls.
nPerform routine maintenance on customer equipment.
nSupport facility maintenance and repair activities.
nOrganize, inspect, repair, and replenish warehouse materials, equipment, and tools.
nDeliver packaged lubricants and other materials as needed.
nProvide mentorship and guidance to new and inexperienced team members.
nPerform other duties as assigned.
n nQualifications
nnMust be 21 years of or older .
nValid driver’s license with a clean MVR .
nClean criminal background; no felony convictions.
nReliable working cell phone.
nAbility to participate in an on-call rotation.
nFlexibility to work additional shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed.
nAbility to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
nSelf-motivated and capable of working independently without direct supervision.
nStrong teamwork and communication skills.
n nTravel Requirements
nnLocal and regional travel required.
nAvailability to travel for disaster-response assignments is a plus.
n nWork Schedule
nnRotating schedule, typically 5 days on / 2 days off .
nMay require weekends, holidays, and additional shifts based on business needs
