Vendor Program SpecialistLighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Vendor Program Specialist position! This is a 6 month contract with potential to extend and/or convert to full time and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC.This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.What You'll Be Doing:Manage routine license administration including adds, removes, transfers, and access changes across assigned vendor programsMaintain accurate records for licenses, entitlements, users, allocations, renewals, and vendor documentation to ensure program continuityMonitor request queues and vendor tickets to ensure timely completion and identify discrepancies requiring escalationPrepare and maintain recurring reports on license usage, consumption, billing, recovery, and renewal activities for leadership reviewValidate license counts, user data, and vendor-provided reports for accuracy and completeness to support financial reviewsSupport audit readiness by organizing and maintaining complete documentation of licensing activity, approvals, and vendor recordsCoordinate routine vendor communications, user trainings, demos, and meeting logistics to maintain program visibilityPrepare renewal-ready data including usage reports, entitlement documentation, and spend analysis for commercial reviewExecute approved operational changes related to license cleanups, user migrations, consolidation activities, and access updatesEscalate complex vendor, commercial, technical, compliance, or governance issues to senior program ownersWhat You'll Need to Have:2-4 years of experience in vendor management, procurement operations, contract administration, or software licensing supportStrong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate records across multiple programsProficiency with Excel and reporting tools for data tracking, validation, analysis, and recurring operational reportingDemonstrated ability to identify discrepancies in license counts, usage data, and vendor records and escalate appropriatelyStrong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with users, vendors, and internal stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and follow-up items while adhering to SOPs in a fast-paced environmentExperience supporting SaaS vendors, enterprise licensing programs, or software asset management operations preferredFamiliarity with subscription-based licensing models, chargeback processes, and compliance documentation practices is a plusPay Range: $30-32/hr
