Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for vendor management and operational support? We’re seeking a dedicated Vendor Program Specialist to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee license administration, maintain essential records, support billing and reporting activities, and ensure seamless communication with vendors and users. Your contributions will help optimize our license programs, uphold compliance standards, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Required Skills:
2–4 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, contract administration, or SaaS operations
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools for data validation and analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with SaaS licensing models, vendor management systems, and compliance processes
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience supporting SaaS licensing, enterprise agreements, or chargeback models
Knowledge of software asset management practices and audit readiness
Exposure to vendor risk and compliance documentation
Experience with operational reporting, dashboards, trackers, and SOP maintenance
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
Relevant experience in vendor management, procurement operations, or software licensing support
