Job description
Northcrest Nursing and Rehab is seeking an RN for a brand-new Ventilator Care Unit. This role focuses on high-acuity care for ventilator- and trach-dependent residents and includes comprehensive training from the Respiratory Therapy Director.
You will work days on a 12-hour shift schedule, collaborating with RTs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and compassionate care. A strong clinical foundation and calm leadership are essential.
