Job description
Sweetwater Care is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to independently perform respiratory care procedures, interpret physician orders, assess resident needs, administer prescribed therapy and evaluate resident responses. This role acts as a consultant, educator, and clinician to clinical staff.
The ideal candidate holds CRT/RRT licensure, current BLS, and ventilator unit experience, with strong communication skills for residents, families, staff, physicians, and agencies.
