Schrödinger seeks a Ventures Associate Director - Therapeutics to source, evaluate, and incubate early-stage biotech opportunities. You will bridge breakthrough science and commercial venture creation with a focus on immune pathways and inflammatory biology.
As part of our Therapeutics Group, you will leverage venture experience to assess data, IP, and development potential while engaging with academic leaders and clinical experts to validate hypotheses and feasibility across multiple programs.
