DLA Piper LLP (US) is seeking junior to senior associates for its Emerging Growth & Venture Capital group. The roles involve handling venture capital financings, M&A, and day-to-day corporate matters for emerging growth companies and investors.
Open to multiple US offices including Palo Alto with a hybrid work model. Candidates should have at least 2+ years of relevant experience, a JD, and admission to practice in the applicable state.
