Job description
Holon Health is looking for a Vermont licensed Nurse Practitioner to assist in expanding access to care for justice-involved individuals. This independent contractor role focuses on supporting credentialing and enrollment processes, rather than traditional patient care.
Qualified candidates will maintain active licenses and DEA registration, while participating in necessary regulatory activities. As the organization grows, opportunities may arise for a transition to clinical roles.
